Information for Interested Monthly RV Park Tenants


If you are looking to reserve a space for longer than 1 month, please contact our office.

Relax along the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains

Just off Highways 14, 178, and 395, our full-service RV Park offers a quiet stopping point for travelers heading to Mount Whitney, Las Vegas, Death Valley and many other notable destinations in the American Southwest.


Located in Ridgecrest, California, we are also a cosmopolitan hub for military and their families, aerospace professionals, and students of the ancient petroglyphs.



Rates

  • $575 Monthly Rate (includes full hookups: water, sewer and electric)


  • $150 Utility Surcharge Fee is added (effective during the months of June, July, August, & September)


  • $175 Weekly Rate (includes full hookups: water, sewer and electric)


  • $60 RV or Trailer storage (Monthly)


  • $35 Daily (includes full hookups: water, sewer, and electric)


  • $30 Daily (Senior/Military)


  • $25 Daily Dry/Tent Camping (NO hook ups)


OTHER FEES


  • $15 Dump Station (Pay at dump station: Credit cards accepted)


  • $25 Stalls for Horses


  • $20 Storage shed for monthly if available

Monthly Rental Information


1. Call our office (760)375-8000 and check for availability. If spaces are available, fill out the form provided: Monthly Rental Form

2. Once the form(s) are submitted, wait for approval by the Fairgrounds CEO. You will be emailed or called when your application has been reviewed and a decision has been determined.    Credit Application

3. Make your Payment. You can pay the first months rent  and plus a Credit Application Fee of $30 (non-refundable).

Rules

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and management has the right to remove or eject any RV units.


1. Vehicles must be parked within the frontage of each space (2 maximum if space allows).


2. Speed limit in the RV Park is 5 mph.


3. No trash containers may be placed outside the RV units.


4. Pets must be on a leash or inside the units and under control at all times and you must clean up any pet droppings.


5. Absolutely NO campfires!
