At this time the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for May 17 is cancelled to due a lack of quorum.
The Desert Empire Fair is having a Sealed Bid Surplus Auction on May 17th, 18th & 19th. You will be able to get some great deals on items the DEF no longer has use for or has an abundance.
Auction Hours:
Thursday, May 17: 10am-5:30pm
Friday, May 18: 12pm-6pm
Saturday, May 19th: 9am-2pm
During these hours you will be able to obtain a bid slip and inspect the surplus items up for bid. Each item or items will have a lot number. Copies of lists with items for bid and minimum bid amounts will be available on May 17. All sealed bids must be in the DEF administration offices no later than Saturday, May 19th @3pm. Winning bidders will be contacted no later than 5pm Monday, May 21st. DEF will accept cash or visa/mastercard for payment. No Checks will be accepted. A complete list of rules will be available at the DEF office on May 17th.
